“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” — James Baldwin Soraya is the Managing Attorney and Founder of The Autonomy Group (TAG), PC. With a deep commitment to service, advocacy, and empowerment, she leads the firm with a client-centered approach that reflects both compassion and strategic excellence. After graduating with honors from Livingstone College with a Bachelor of Arts, Soraya spent over a decade serving the community through her work with the Social Security Administration. Outside of the office, Soraya finds joy in nature. She loves hiking and considers the perfect day one spent near the water—soaking up the sun with a good book in hand.
